Radisson Goa Candolim

The rooms are clean and a very good size. The pool area is great and the pool bar staff are very attentive. The breakfast is fairly standard but the restaurant meals are very good.

The breakfast was well presented and there was a variety of different dishes for all nationalities. The room was kept to a high standard and was cleaned daily. There laundry service is also excellent and it is good that it is reasonably priced so you don't have a suitcase full of dirty washing going home, which is nice. The pool is well maintained and supervised whilst open as you will always get one person trying to play the idiot and go in full of alcohol, but the staff were on the ball ensuring that safety is there main priority. The music that was put on catered for Indian and well as international musicians during my stay and the musicians that played there were good, and the musician that played on the 16/02/23 was of high standard. The attention to detail was second to none as I celebrated my birthday there and was pleasantly suprised as the decorated my bed with petals and leaves and made a lovely arrangement, they also went well and beyond that by representing me with a lovely cake and my special thanks to Goieth, Sunita, Biswash, Amit and Gemini for making it such a special day for me. Just one last thing before I go my special thanks also to Varun Tara, who is a credit to the Radisson Group. last but not least a big thank you to Bonny the Pool Bar barman, who is not only a lovely person but will always try and accommodate your requests. Totally enjoyed my time there and will be booking it again in the next couple of months.

The staff were great and very pleasant each day. Good location between the busier drinking street or go the other was and you get quieter restaurants and bars

Service of the staff was very impressive. They were prompt, responsive and attentive to their customers. Special mention goes to Sayantani from front office and Aseem from housekeeping and others as well. The property was completely occupied and despite the stress the front office staff has been very responsive. The restaurant manager Dharmendra and his team Shishpal, Mukesh, Rinku and others were extremely cordial , courteous and prompt , despite the demand of delighting customers always the level of energy they have displayed throughout the day starting from breakfast at 7 am to the close of the restaurant at 11.30 PM was very inspiring. Their passion to offer customer delight at every encounter has been marvelous.

Courteous staff and cleanliness. I would like to give a shoutout to the manager Varun and Tara were very supportive when our kid fell sick. They helped us with the cab to the hospital and kept checking on the recovery of the kid. The personal note for the Speedy recovery along with the fruit basket to the room was very heartwarming. They ensured a smooth check out for us too. Barring the health condition, the stay at the property was very pleasant.
